The new Oasis album, Dig Out Your Soul – the first release on the band’s own Big Brother Recordings label — has made a big debut around the globe, including a #5 entry on the Billboard Top 200 chart, the band’s highest entry since Be Here Now debuted at #2 in 1997.  The album also scored big on the Billboard Digital Sales chart, entering at #2.

In their native UK, the band bowed at #1, making it their seventh consecutive studio album to debut on top. The album also topped the charts in Japan and Italy, and charted in the top 10 in countries worldwide, including Ireland, Switzerland, Sweden, France, Belgium, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, and Canada.

American tour dates for the band kick off December 3rd in Oakland, California, hitting ten cities.
