Tom Cruise was on hand to support wife Katie Holmes at the premiere of her new movie, Mad Money. While Katie wowed the crowd and photographers in a Giorgio Armani dress, Tom graciously met with fans lined up across the street—allowing all media attention to be on Katie.

The glamorous duo finally met up at the end of the carpet and headed to the theater before a wildly cheering crowd. Mad Money co-star, J.C. MacKenzie, joked, “could somebody turn down the screaming?”

Also on hand for the event were the film’s other leading ladies, Queen Latifah – gorgeous in black lace – and Diane Keaton, looking great in a signature white tuxedo.

The film is based on a true story of three women who steal money intended to be destroyed. This is Katie Holmes’s first movie since giving birth to her daughter, Suri, last year. Tom and Suri were regular guests on the set during the filming.

“It was a dream come true!” said Holmes.

Mad Money opens January 18th.
