Fall Out Boy Headlines Honda Civic Tour
New Album Out This Week
The band at the unveiling of their Honda Civic design Iconic rock dudes Fall Out Boy is headlining the 2007 Honda Civic Tour, which kicks off April 18th at the Verizon Amphitheater in Charlotte, North Carolina, making stops in over 40 cities. The group will play a special performance in The Honda Center in Anaheim, California and will end the tour for all of their local fans in Chicago. The band’s new album, “Infinity On High”, is available as of Tuesday, February 6th.
Supporting Fall Out Boy will be Plus Forty Four (+44), the band created by former Blink-182 members Travis Barker and Mark Hoppus (Blink was a past Civic Tour headliner). Joining the bands at each stop on the tour will be support acts The Academy Is, Paul Wall and Cobra Starship.
As in previous years, the headlining band has created and designed a special custom model of a Civic–in this case, a hybrid. The vehicle was unveiled during the announcement and special performance that took place for Honda associates at their Torrance, California campus earlier this month.
Honda Civic Tour’s general on-sale begins February 17th in select cities, but fans that purchase the Tour Edition of Fall Out Boy´s new album at Target stores nationwide will also receive a code for exclusive pre-sale access to purchase their tickets.
